Dhiraj Kanneganti, Chief Executive Officer
Dhiraj is a fourth-year studying Commerce and Applied Statistics. He previously worked at Palm Drive Capital and Bracebridge Capital. Last summer, Dhiraj worked at Ares’ Opportunistic Credit group. In his free time, Dhiraj enjoys reading fiction, kayaking, and volunteering at the Fralin Museum of Art.
Jean Lavigne du Cadet, Chief Training Officer
Jean is a fourth-year studying Mathematics. Most recently, he spent spring semester & summer at Avala Global in Long/Short Equities. He previously worked at the hedge fund Gumshoe Capital Management & the growth equity firm G Squared. In his free time, Jean enjoys kitesurfing, exploring greater Charlottesville, playing pool, and reading about technology.
Emanuel Rouvelas, Chief Operating Officer
Emanuel is a fourth-year Economics student. He has previously worked at TPG Angelo Gordon on their Credit Solutions team and Midcap Financial. Last summer, he worked at Evercore on their Restructuring team, where he will be returning next year. In his free time, Emanuel enjoys swimming, lifting, and listening to podcasts.
Imran Rahimzai, Co-Chief Investment Officer
Imran is a fourth-year studying Applied Statistics and Economics with coursework in Computer Science. He previously worked at The D.E. Shaw Group, Weiss Asset Management, and HMI Capital Management. Last summer, Imran worked at Citadel in their Fundamental Equities group. In his free time, Imran likes watching Formula 1, playing soccer, listening to podcasts, and reading.
Aadil Anand, Co-Chief Investment Officer
Aadil is a fourth-year Economics student. He has previously worked at Aquila Capital Partners, Stone Point Capital, and Weiss Asset Management. Last summer, he worked at Apollo, and he will be joining Davidson Kempner full-time next year. In his free time, Aadil enjoys playing golf, pickleball, and reading.
Helen Sharp, Chief Marketing Officer
Helen is a third-year majoring in Economics. She previously worked in real estate investing at Hamilton Point Investments and will be working in investment banking at J.P. Morgan next summer. In her free time, Helen enjoys traveling and reading historical fiction.
Sam Rudikoff, Portfolio Manager - Special Situations
Sam is a third-year studying Commerce and Statistics. He previously interned at Diameter Capital Partners and Bracebridge Capital. This summer, Sam will be interning at Houlihan Lokey in their Financial Restructuring Group. In his free time, Sam enjoys playing basketball, producing house music, and poker.
Derek Yin, Portfolio Manager - Fundamental Equities
Derek is a third-year studying Math and Commerce. He previously worked at Foxhaven Asset Management and on the core research team at SemiAnalysis. Next summer, Derek will be joining Point72. In his free time, Derek enjoys swimming, playing poker, and reading.
Nemmo Ciccone, Portfolio Manager - Global Macro
Nemmo is a third-year majoring in Statistics. He has previously worked at Bracebridge Capital and Lateral Capital. Last summer, he worked at Braeswood Carbon as a Quantitative Research Intern. In his free time, Nemmo enjoys playing poker, betting on prediction markets, and reading novels.
Murphy Keller, Head of Risk
Murphy is a third-year studying Math and Economics. He currently works at an options market making firm in New York as a Quantitative Trader. In his free time, he enjoys playing poker, geopolitics, and watching cycling.
Rhea Choudhary, Head of External Relations
Rhea is a third-year studying Commerce and Statistics. She previously worked at PeakSpan and Oaktree Capital Management’s Global Opportunities fund. Next summer, Rhea will be joining the Citadel Associate Program. In her free time, Rhea enjoys playing competitive piano, martial arts, and baking.
Peyton Walcott, Head of Recruiting
Peyton is a third-year studying Global Commerce and Economics. He previously worked at D1 Capital Partners and Castellan Group. This summer, Peyton will be joining Centerview’s Technology M&A Group in Menlo Park. In his free time, Peyton enjoys reading Russian Literature, hiking, and playing spikeball.
