What We Look For
AIF runs a competitive admissions process, but prior finance or investing experience is not required. Our members tend to be highly motivated people who exhibit intellectual passion, resilience, and strong business intuition or quantitative facility. Members are expected to continue to demonstrate and refine these qualities over their time at UVA. The goal of our process is to select for promising future analysts and leaders.
